1. Reservations

Reservations are confirmed only after the requested deposit has been received. To secure your booking, you must complete the payment as indicated by our sales team. In case of non‑payment within the stipulated time, the reservation may be automatically cancelled.

2. Payments

The remaining balance must be paid before the tour begins. We accept payments in cash (PEN or USD), bank transfers, Yape, Plin, or credit/debit cards (additional fees may apply). A receipt will be provided upon request.

Published prices correspond to regular rates. On holidays and high-demand dates, special rates apply and are calculated according to the reservation date selected by the customer.

3. Cancellations

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the tour start may receive a partial refund (deposit non‑refundable). Late cancellations (less than 48 hours) or no‑shows are non‑refundable. In case of force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, etc.), we will evaluate alternatives.

4. Date Changes

Date changes are subject to availability and must be requested at least 72 hours in advance. A change fee may apply depending on the season and tour type.

5. Liability

Turismo Aventuras Perú acts as a tour operator and is not responsible for delays, accidents, or cancellations caused by external factors such as weather conditions, roadblocks, strikes, or government regulations. We recommend purchasing travel insurance.

6. Health and Physical Condition

The participant declares that they are in adequate physical condition to participate in the contracted tour. For high‑altitude treks, it is essential to have acclimatisation. If you have any medical condition, you must inform us before booking.

7. Passenger Conduct

We reserve the right to exclude any participant who puts the safety of the group at risk, fails to follow the guide's instructions, or engages in disruptive behaviour. In such cases, no refund will be given.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify itineraries for safety reasons, weather conditions, or operational needs. If a significant change occurs, we will offer an alternative.

9. Acceptance

By booking a tour, the customer automatically accepts these terms and conditions. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru.
