How do I book a tour?

You can book by contacting us via WhatsApp or using the reservation form available on each tour page. Our team will confirm availability and send you all the necessary details.

Is a deposit required?

Yes. A deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance is paid on the day of the tour before departure.

Can I cancel?

Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance may receive a partial refund. Late cancellations are non-refundable.

Do you offer hotel pickup?

Yes, we offer pickup from most hotels within the urban area of Huaraz. If your accommodation is outside this area, we will arrange a convenient meeting point.

What happens if it rains?

Tours operate rain or shine. However, if before leaving Huaraz the weather conditions are considered unsafe by our guides, the tour will be rescheduled.

What should I bring?

We recommend bringing water, sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, warm clothing (especially for high altitudes), a rain poncho, comfortable trekking shoes, and a camera.

Are meals included?

Most full-day tours include a stop at a tourist restaurant where you can have lunch. Check the specific tour details to see what is included.

What if I arrive late for pickup?

To avoid delays for the group, transportation cannot wait. We recommend being ready at least 10 minutes in advance.
